The accessories catalog of the Chinese manufacturer ZTE increases with a new device presented in China: the watch ZTE Watch Live. Without great fanfare, simple cut, quite similar to Amazfit Bip S And with a super cheap price, these are the keys to the new smartwatch.
Nubia took a chance with smartwatches by presenting a Nubia Alpha curved screen and a Nubia Watch, this year’s model and something more refined. For its part, ZTE has preferred not to risk in its proposal opting for a square screen watch with a simple cut: the ZTE Watch Live. This watch can already be reserved in China at a very juicy price to change: less than 30 euros.

A simple watch with great autonomy
Broadly speaking, ZTE’s new watch looks very much like the Apple watch for its design for the box, also to the more than popular Amazfit Bip S. Beyond the logical similarities, The ZTE Watch Live chooses to offer basic smartwatch functions compatible with almost any Android mobile.
The ZTE Watch Live opts for a 1.4-inch TFT screen and 240 x 240 pixel resolution offering touch control and it is capable of reflecting notifications from the connected smartphone. The screen is square, has ‘watchfaces’ to choose from and can be minimally customized. In addition, the watch offers IP68 resistance.
The activity log is an almost mandatory option in a smartwatch of its style, so the ZTE Watch Live offers step monitoring, sleep monitoring, it has support for twelve sports registration, offers a heart rate reader and also captures blood oxygen saturation data. It does not have GPS, so it takes the positioning data from the phone.
Autonomy is the great bet of the ZTE Watch Live: the brand ensures that watch lasts up to 21 days on one charge. The charger is magnetic and the connection between the smartwatch and the base is made through two charging pins.

The smartwatch has been presented in China and, at least for now, it will stay there. It can be reserved now in the manufacturer’s online store and will begin to be distributed from December 3. Its price is 29.17 euros to change (249 yuan).
