USB Power Delivery advantages

USB Power Delivery is a fast charging technology from Belkin. As we have mentioned, this charge is compatible with specific Android and iOS models. One of the main characteristics of this load is that it offers higher power levels than the standard load, so that you get a faster charge at all times. The firm has a series of chargers that use this technology.

This charge has the ability to charge the phone up to 70% faster than standard 5W charging. Thanks to this, the phone will spend less time plugged in until it reaches its full charge. In addition, this technology allows you to charge a good percentage of the battery in a few minutes, making it especially comfortable for those times when you need to charge your mobile and have little time.

USB Power Delivery is compatible with all types of devices, from laptops to smartphones or tablets. So you can use it to charge any device at home easily. If it is a larger device, it will apply more power, up to a maximum of 100W.

What charger do you need

USB Power Delivery

In order to use the Belkin USB Power Delivery Fast Charge you will need a wall charger that provides sufficient power to the phone. A 45W wall charger is supported and it will charge all devices, although if the phone in question only accepts 18W, for example, the charger will supply only those 18W to it.

Having a charger that has a power equal to or greater than what the phone accepts is an option, especially if you have other devices that can charge with this system. Otherwise, a charger with less power, which will also be cheaper, is a good purchase.
