We still have the recent launch in Spain of the latest OnePlus models, the Nord N100 and N10 5G, and rumors are already beginning about the terminals that we will see in early 2021, the OnePlus 9.
Specifically, it has been the base model, not the Pro, which has been seen in a computer-created image that shows us what both the front and the back will be like.
The OnePlus 9 will have a new rear design
This mobile will be the successor to the OnePlus 8T, a terminal that aspires to be the one with the best value for money in the high-end range, starting at 599 euros.
This OnePlus 9 fixes one of the few flaws it had: a somewhat boring design. In the front we see that there are no changes, with a hole for the camera and a flat screen, without any curvature.
However, behind us we see changes, with a camera module that remains in the same position but reduces the number of sensors while modifying the size of those that remain.
On the sides we see that in addition to the volume and power buttons the Alert Slider, something that was missing in the cheapest Nord.
It is not known what screen diagonal this OnePlus 9 will have but it will be slightly higher than that of the OnePlus 8T, which had 6.55 inches. The refresh rate will be maintained at 120 Hz, and the panel technology, OLED.
Previous leaks spoke of a quad camera, with 64, 8, 2 and 2 Mpx, and that is perhaps why some leakers as Max Jabor have said that this image is not entirely accurate. It is strange that OnePlus reduces the number of sensors, but as we said in the review of the OnePlus 8T, I wish they had removed the two minor ones and improved the wide angle.
It has been rumored that the presentation of these models will take place in March but surely we have new information about the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro first.
The entry The OnePlus 9 appears showing design and first specifications appears first in The Free Android.
