Huawei has just presented a new smart speaker in Spain. The manufacturer already brought the spectacular Huawei Sound X a few months ago, and today it is time to meet his younger brother. The Huawei Sound is smaller, cheaper but just as attractive considering its characteristics, being better in some respects than its older brother.

In a world where smart speakers with voice assistants are the order of the day, Huawei is betting on a range halfway between these and traditional speakers, more focused on sound quality.
The Huawei Sound has been developed together with Devialet, a French company specialized in sound, and its main objective is to offer us a great experience at the sound level with some smart features. Devialet has incorporated its experience in the field of sound to integrate great acoustics with 3 tweeters, 1 woofer and 2 passive speakers. The result of this combination together with the SPACE Soundstage technology, allow to achieve a great spatial sound.
Acoustically, they are promising, but it is Huawei who brings the added value with its technology. This device incorporates OneHop, which allows us to connect the music from our mobile to the speaker with a single touch, technology compatible with any Android mobile that has NFC and Android 5.1 or higher.
In terms of connectivity, we can send music through Bluetooth with the LDAC codec, through UPnP or through the 3.5 mm jack input port, a great added value for this speaker since it will allow us a direct connection with the computer. It is also Hi-Res Audio certified for lossless sound up to 24bit / 96kHz.
The Huawei Sound is available from today in the official Huawei store at a price of 179.99 euros.
