EMUI 11 is the new version of the interface from Huawei, whose launch dates in Spain were announced by the brand itself at the end of last year. Two models that were waiting to receive the update of their global version were the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro, which had already started updating in China last December.

Finally, the update comes out of China and begins to arrive at the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro in the rest of the world. After being in the testing phase for a few weeks, available only to some users, the manufacturer begins its global rollout.

The brand had already promised that it would be in the first trimester this year when the update to EMUI 11 for the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro would be launched, although they had not given specific dates in this regard. The rollout of the update has already started, but it will probably take a few weeks for it to be available to all users with either of these two devices.

The update that is being released for users contains EMUI 11, specifically its version 11.0.0.138. The weight of it is 1.81 GB, so it is recommended to be connected to a WiFi network when installing it on the device, unless you have an unlimited data rate.

This update allows the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro to enjoy the news of EMUI 11, which was officially presented last September. Among them we find better management of permits, customization options in the Always on Display mode, new animations, improvements in the gallery or the possibility of controlling apps from the PC.

If you have either of these two devices, you won’t have to wait too long until the update is released. As usual, Huawei is deploying it through an OTA, so you will receive a notification on your mobile when it is already available.

The entry The Huawei P30 and P30 Pro are updated to EMUI 11 appears first in The Free Android.
