If you want information about promotionsYou can call 91 022 02 62 from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for promotions of Smartphones, tablets and wearables. In the case of TV & AV promotions and household appliances, the telephone number is 91 252 32 33 and the hours are the same.

If you want to know the status of a online orderYou have to do it from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the phone 91 175 00 18. This is interesting in case you have requested a product and it does not arrive, you want to see if you can change your order or have any questions last minute.

Email

If you want you can contact Samsung so that they respond to you in an average of 24 hours maximum. You have to enter this Contact Form which is the one that they have enabled as an email to contact technical support. You just have to include your name, email, phone number, product information (category and model) and the subject of your message and content. You can send files by uploading them in the form itself.
