First of all, go to Settings> Network and Internet. Click here Wi-Fi zone / Share connection:

Within this menu you can configure different parameters, such as the name of the network and the access password, if necessary. If it is not, click on the upper slider to activate the access point. It will be as we show you below:
If you now want to connect to the access point of your terminal through a computer, go to the wireless networks center of your PC and you will see that the one of your phone appears:
To connect to it, enter the password you have defined (as you would with any other wireless network). Once the connection has been established, you will be able to browse the Internet with your PC using the mobile data rate of your Android, as if it were a router.
