How to block WhatsApp chats with your fingerprint 1

In Spain it is rare to see a mobile that does not have the WhatsApp application installed. Only this service has been the cause that many people went from having a conventional mobile to a smartphone.

One of the reasons why this service is so widely used is its simplicity, although in recent years it has become a bit more complex.

But it can also boast of being one of the most secure, at least at the engineering level since it uses end-to-end encryption in chats. But if we care about privacy, we may want to activate the fingerprint unlocking of this application, something that has been in the testing phase for a few months.

When we enter and activate the option, we will be asked to put the fingerprint to verify that it is the same one we have on the mobile.

We will have the possibility that the application is blocked automatically when closed, after a minute or after half an hour. In this way we can choose the option that is most convenient for us.

In addition, we can prevent notifications from being displayed in other parts of the system if we have this security measure activated.
