Amazon Prime Video premieres the profiles for different users

One of the most useful features, but not most commented on services like Netflix is that it allows us to have profiles for separate users within the same account. This allows us to know in what chapter of a series we are going, and also allows the system to get to know our tastes to make recommendations.

But not all streaming services have a similar function. Today it has joined a new one, Amazon Prime Video, which premieres profiles on the mobile apps.

New profiles on Amazon Prime Video

In the help section of the service explains to us what are profiles and how they are used. Also, we are told, will be available for now in some countries, not in all, but unfortunately do not explain in what countries we will be able to use them.

We have tested whether in our Spanish account has already appeared but it is not so.

How to use the profiles

The way to manage this new function is very simple. Within the implementation of our mobile, we have that:

  1. Click on My stuff.
  2. Click on the + icon to create a new profile.
  3. Select the profile icon that you want to modify.
  4. If we want to delete it press Delete profiles.
  5. If we want to delete a profile.
  6. If we want to modify things we do and click on Save changes.

By the time they have been seen in countries such as India, and it is possible that in the next few days to expand to more markets. It is a good time to implement this kind of functions given that currently the consumption of streaming is skyrocketing in areas such as the european due to quarantines that are imposed in most countries by the crisis of the coronavirus.

The entry Amazon Prime Video premieres the profiles for different users is listed first on The Android Free.
