These are the 300 Star series and movies coming to Disney +

On February 23, Disney + will launch Star in Spain, as confirmed earlier this month. A new brand of entertainment, which is integrated within the application and will bring a series of new content to the platform. TV series, movies and original productions are in the catalog that Star introduces on the streaming platform.

A total of 40 television series, including 4 exclusive Star Originals, as well as 250 films from various studios will be made available to users with Disney + in Spain. The arrival of Star is a notable boost for the content catalog available on this streaming service. This launch does not involve an additional cost, although the platform has already announced a price increase.

Star Originals comes to Disney +

Star’s arrival at Disney + marks the introduction of Star Originals, which are exclusive own content that users in Spain will be able to enjoy as of February 23. Among those contents we find:

Big Sky: Police thriller from visionary creator David E. Kelley (Big Little Lies, The Undoing).
With love, Victor: It is a continuation of the 2018 teen romantic comedy ‘With Love, Simon’, written by the original screenwriters of the film. Isaac Aptaker (This is us) and Elizabeth Berger (This is us)
Solar Opposites: An animated comedy for adults, co-created by Justin Roiland (Rick and morty) and Mike McMahan (former assistant writer atRick and morty)
Helstrom: A drama series with Paul Zbyszewski, Karim Zreik and Jeph Loeb serving as executive producers.

In addition, throughout the year they are expected to arrive also projects like the series Dopesick or The Dropoutas well as original FX series like The Old Man and also new content from the Kardashian Jenners. These contents do not yet have a specific release date, but they will arrive this year.

New content on Disney +

Disney + will see its content catalog increase in a big way with the arrival of Star on February 23. Content for the whole family, with very popular television series such as Grey’s Anatomy, 24, How I Met Your Mother, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The X-Files, Lost and Family Guy. Further, new content will be added every week in this selection, to make it easier to find a series of your liking.

The list of movies is also wide, with 250 titles, among which we have Spanish films such as El Plan, released in early 2020, but whose tour in cinemas was interrupted by the pandemic. There are also classics like Titanic, Pretty Woman, Braveheart, or the entire original Alien saga.
