At least it would be on this date when the distribution of this version should give you start. It is normal that Google will present the new versions of the operating system in August and early September when they will start launching the phones. It is not known if this year there is a delay because of the crisis of the COVID-19, which might make you arrive a few weeks later. In any case, we already have at least a confirmed date.
It seems clear that Google has confirmed this release date of Android 11 by mistake, but at least we already have this data. Since some weeks ago that it is speculated the possible date that this new version of the operating system will be launched officially.
