Google’s photo app, Google Photos, has become more important to many users than the gallery application itself. A place to have our photos at hand at all times and a place that improves with constant updates that add functions like this that are already being deployed.

A function based on Memories that allows us to have a live wallpaper but unlike what is usual, with a tour of all the photos stored in Google Photos. And be careful, because If you want, you can already try it.

Memories as wallpaper

Another novelty that comes to Google Photos, this time via version 5.22 that will come to Google Play Store in the next few hours, but if you want you can try just downloading the corresponding apk and installing it on your phone.

The new live wallpaper can be found very accessible in the app Google wallpapers. To apply the photo that interests us, simply enter the app and select the one we want to use in the “Memories” section found within the animated backgrounds.

At the bottom we will see a button with the legend “Set wallpaper” under the image data. At the top, on the left, a preview button to check the final result.
