Xiaomi has just presented, together with its Redmi 9T and Redmi Note 9T, a new speaker for the home, the Xiaomi Mi Smart Clock. This is a small smart speaker compatible with Google Assistant.
As is customary in the company, value for money is key, so this device comes at a price of less than 50 euros.
The Xiaomi Mi Smart Clock has a 3.97-inch color touch screen. Through this screen we can access the Google Assistant, as well as all the information about the time and some notifications. It is intended to be a table clock, so has a morning alarm mode that adapts both the sound and the brightness to wake us up less abruptly.
The 3.97 inch screen, has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, one of the weakest points of this little watch, which does not have HD resolution. The display shows information about time, calendar, digital frame, and more, and stays on.
At the sound level features a 1.5-inch speaker and two microphones. We can talk to the little clock so that the Google Assistant listens to us, just as we would with any smart speaker. Regarding connectivity, the Mi Smart Clock has 2.4Ghz WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy and compatibility with both iOS 9 and Android 4.4.
The Xiaomi Mi Smart Clock will be available in Spain at a price of 49.99 euros. Will come with your wall charger with 5V 2A, with connection through a microUSB port.
