WhatsApp

There are many countries where WhatsApp is the best form of communication for dfecto, on top of calls, SMS or other applications. That’s why, when it stops working, there are many users affected.

WhatsApp is down and not working

Today, the 14 of July, the company has had problems in his service, and some users in Spain and in other countries are reporting connectivity problems. Most have had connection problems, being impossible to connect to the servers.

Others have been able to do so, but without being able to send or receive files. Some have even seen how it was impossible for them to connect to the app.

How to know if it affects us

The easiest way to know if you are one of those affected is to try to use the service. However, to make sure that it is somebody else’s problem and not ours, we have to check if there are issues on pages such as Downdetector.

As we can see, Spain is a country slightly affected, while in Peru, the Netherlands and some parts of Brazil, Argentina and the united States are also experiencing problems. The problem is at the global level.

The cuts in the connection have begun past ten in the evening in Spain (zone of the peninsula), and many have begun to be able to use the service a few minutes later, about ten and a half.

We can not do anything more than wait and see if the service has restored the connection with the servers. While, if we need to communicate what is best to do it with other apps, calls, or SMS.
