Until now, it had been leaked that WhatsApp wants to allow us to select what messages self-destruct within 24 hours but in the last beta we know that is preparing one more deadline: 90 days.
In this way, in the future WhatsApp could allow us to choose if we want temporary messages to be automatically deleted in 24 hours, 7 days or in 90 days. We will be attentive to future updates to see if these options finally reach your messaging client.
