VLC for Android is updated with a new design much more modern: well you can try it out already

At the end of 2019 you, we told you that VLC, one of the best multimedia players in the mobile market, is updated with new design lines. Despite being a little more Material Design, remained to be under some alternatives at the level of the interface, something that he has now changed with the radical change at the level of the interface that has undergone the app.

The application now happens to have a design quite more modern and, even if the update arrives first to the beta version, it is very easy to install it manually in a few seconds.

So now looks VLC

VLC has come to have a design much more “Material”, inspired in the design lines that the brand Google for the applications. Now the main options with which we can interact is found in the bottom of the screen, instead of on the old side menu. It is a good solution to an aesthetic level and, functionally, allows us to access more easily to all. These options are configured with the sections of ‘Video’, ‘Audio’, ‘Browse’, ‘Playlists’ and ‘More’, from which we can change at the flick of a keystroke.

In the section of ‘more’ we can change the system preferences and add addresses to stream, all with an interface that is pretty nice and simple. Yes, the player itself, at least in this beta version, remains the same, with some controls whose interface is somewhat old.

The beta of VLC you can install it via APK in a matter of seconds. We have been testing it for quite a while and it works as well as the stable version, so it is advisable to install it if we want to enjoy because of the new design. The stable version should be arriving in the next few weeks the Play Store.
