Twitter’s New 6-Second Vine Video Sharing System Has Filtering Issues, Porn Upload Boom
Not just an incident on Twitter via Vine, some videos with ‘adult’ content have been uploaded to the new app, latest creation of the microblogging site that allows you to create and share ‘flash videos’, in six seconds. Twitter leaders immediately apologized, justifying the incident as human error.
The fact came to light because one of these videos was found catapulted among those in evidence. The porn clip finished first in the “Editor’s Pick” section before someone deleted it. The problem is not in the speed or not in the removal of the video, but in the fact that the application does not provide filters that can prevent such a situation.
