The Galaxy Tab S7 and S7 + are the new high-end tablets from Samsung, which have been on sale for several weeks in Spain. The brand seeks to keep these tablets continuously updated, introducing new functions, which will allow them to be the main competitors of the iPad in the market. A feature coming soon is going to contribute to this.
Since Samsung is working in a mode that will allow use the Galaxy Tab S7 as a secondary or additional display with your computer. It is a function inspired by the Sidecar mode of macOS and iPadOS, which Apple introduced last year on its tablets.

This function could be launched under the name Second Screen and would arrive on the Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7 + later this year. So you could use the tablet as a screen where to write or draw something, which would then be displayed on the PC.
Thanks to this function, users with a Windows computer can connect the tablet and use it as an extended screen or a surface on which to draw or write something. Would be carried this way some program from the computer to the tablet, like Adobe Illustrator, having support for the S Pen. This would be a very useful feature for a large number of users. In addition, it could be a boost for Android tablets, to present themselves as a productivity tool.
For now it is not known if this function will be limited to the Galaxy Tab S7 and S7 +, as well as Samsung computers, or if it is something that all users with a Windows computer will be able to enjoy. On paper it has great potential for professionals, who would thus have a good combination of devices.
We hope to have soon a confirmation from Samsung on arrival of this function, possibly called Second Screen to the new high-end tablets. It promises to be an important function, so that they reach a new group of users.
