One of the most curious Samsung phones this year has been the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE which went on sale in Spain in this month of October. The last member of the family offered a value for money much higher than that of the models launched in the first quarter.

This terminal bet everything on the specifications, with a more conventional design and materials that did not rival the normal S20.

Despite this, we are talking about a high-end mobile so it was to be expected that the brand would treat it as such when updating it. And so it has been.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has started to be updated in Russia, where users are already receiving the OTA with improvements not only from Android 11 but also from One UI 3.0. The firmware build number is G780FXXU1BTL1 and includes the December security patch, the latest currently available.

The update was expected to arrive in the first two months of 2021, but it has been advanced at least in Russia. Now we only have to wait to know if it arrives in Spain in February as announced or if it will also be advanced.

If you want to know what improvements One UI 3.0 offers in Samsung you can see them in detail in the article that we dedicate to it. In the same way, if you want to see the improvements of Android 11 you can see them in this video:
