The Samsung Galaxy Fold will be upgraded to Android 10

The Samsung Galaxy Fold came last year creating great expectation, to be the first proposal foldable Samsung. The terminal already has a new brother that is folded in a different way, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flipbut not the company neglects their support.

The first foldable Samsung is receiving Android 10 in a stable mannermonths after update mobile as the Samsung Galaxy A70, Galaxy S10 and others. With the new update come major improvements in the personalization layerboth on an aesthetic level as well as in functionality.

The Samsung Galaxy Fold is already to the latest software

Samsung has taken its time to update the Fold, being the latest in its family of high-end upgrade to Android 10. In fact, the S10 updated more than three months ago, but better late than never. As we read in Sammobile, it is already starting to deploy the update via OTA in Europe. In particular, it has been detected deployment in France for the 4G version of the terminal, so it shouldn’t take too much to get to Spain.

The update corresponds to the version F900FXXU3BTCD, based on Android 10 and One UI 2.0. It is a FOOTNOTE to the use, deployed to the bulk of users, without first seeking beta testers or anything like that. With this update come some significant improvements to the level of layer customization. One UI 2.0 is the renewal of the previous version and brings improvement at the level of theme, dark, energy, default applications, and others.

In the same way, with this update comes the patch of the month of marchso that is a significant leap in level of security. At the moment there are no details on the weight of the update but, based on what we have seen in the brothers of this terminal, we estimate that will be close to at least 2 GB. Alternative 5G there is still news, although we should have news in the next few days.
