The latest stable version of One UI, Samsung’s custom layer, has paved the way for two of the manufacturer’s best-selling mobiles: Samsung Galaxy A51 Y Samsung Galaxy S9 (and S9 +). Both have started updating in Europe: this will progressively reach all phones.
One UI 3.0 and Android 11 has started its beta period on the latest Samsung models, but it is not the only update that is pending: before the third version is stable One UI 2.5 has yet to reach a good number of mobiles. One of the last was the Samsung Galaxy A71. And today we get the notice that its brother, the A51, has started the update process. Not only that, it also comes to the Galaxy S9, it is its last major update.
One UI 2.5 is the latest stable update to Samsung’s custom layer, a version that debuted with the Samsung Galaxy Note 20. Due to this, the manufacturer has been bringing improvements of the Note 20 to mobiles that receive One UI 2.5, something that has been happening in the 2020 range and also in the 2018 range.
