As every year, Huawei presented a new version of EMUI in 2020, EMUI 11. This new interface that runs on Android was destined to reach dozens of new mobiles, and today one of these smartphones begins to receive it.
We talk about Huawei Mate 30 Pro in its global variant, which we can buy in Spain.
The Huawei Mate 30 Series began to be able to test EMUI 11 a few weeks ago when its beta version was launched.
The novelties that a few could try are those that are now beginning to reach all owners of this model.
We can customize the ambient screen, minimize floating windows or improve the connection of our mobile with the company’s laptops.
The negative part is that this version of EMUI does not run on Android 11 as we would have expected, but is still based on Android 10.
We may see this mobile update at some point to Android 11, but it is not something that has been confirmed. What is certain is that we will be able to install Huawei’s new operating system, Harmony OS, throughout the coming year.
As always, these updates are issued in waves and it may take a few days or even a few weeks before all owners of this model have received the OTA.
Do not forget that it is always a good idea to make a backup copy of the information and have the battery at least 50%, lest there is an unexpected problem.
The entry The Huawei Mate 30 Pro is finally updated to EMUI 11 appears first in The Free Android.
