Google is having a really strange year when it comes to hardware. The Pixel 4a not only took months to be delayed, but they arrived in a single model, while on the other hand the increasingly loud leaks of the Pixel 5 leave us more and more misplaced, with models that will not reach Spain and that far from Being a mobile that we would consider as a flagship, it seems even more difficult that they are even a more recommended option than the Pixel 4.
Unless there is a last-minute surprise, this would be the Google Pixel 5, both in design and features, a mobile that Roland Quandt from Winfuture has almost completely unveiled.
The Google Pixel 5 is very rare
Sometimes it seems that Google intends to wage war on its own, and if this leak is true it is difficult to understand what they are thinking of the company. For better or for worse, the Google Pixel 5 is a mobile that would finally be built in aluminum, a material that we have not seen in the Pixel since 2017 with the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. At the construction level it should be more resistant than glass mobiles, but in return it would lose the wireless charge, taking a step back from the previous generation.
Another outstanding aspect of this mobile isits size. Already with the Pixel 4a Google defined what they considered asthe perfect size. We have a 6-inch panel with an aspect ratio of 20: 9 and measures 144.6 x 70.4 x 8 mm. If we compare it with the Android mobile par excellence, the Pixel 5 would be slightly more compact than the Galaxy S20, which measures 151.7 x 69.1 x 7.9 mm and weighs 163 grams. The Pixel would be more similar in size to the iPhone 11 Pro, whose measurements are 144 x 71.4 x 8.1 mm and 188 grams.

Weight would be the key aspect of the Pixel 5, with 151 grams, making it one of the lightest compact phones. It is a little heavier than the Pixel 4a, but its battery has almost an extra 1000 mAh of autonomy, which in the beginning should give it an extra autonomy, although it will depend on the extra consumption of the 5G.
As we have this morning, it is to be expected that the price of this mobile will be around 629 euros, a price that although it is not excessively high, it is not so cheap taking into account the specifications.
