In recent weeks we have seen some changes to Google smart displays, such as the Google Nest Hub. Not all of those changes have been positive, as we saw with the removal of album support from Facebook or Flickr.
Now the company has released a small update to the firmware of the screen that brings us a slight change that, however, was demanded by many: new watches.
Three new clocks for the Google Nest Hub
This change now comes to Google screens, although it has been available on other devices such as Lenovo.
There are three new clocks, although two of them are very similar and only change in the color scheme, one being designed for environments with a lot of light and the other for darker environments.
In addition, one of them shows us both the time and the weather in the location where we are, although not in a particularly detailed way. An option like this would be fine but with the hourly forecast permanently on the screen.
To change the type of background we simply have to go to the Google Home application and, within the section corresponding to our screen, select full screen clock. There will be the three new options.
In order to use these new screens we will need our devices to be updated to Cast version 1.52.
The entry The Google Nest Hub is updated with three new clocks appears first in The Free Android.
