EMUI 11 was officially presented at the beginning of September, like the new version of the Huawei phone interface. After its presentation, the first beta was released in some markets, although no dates were given for its launch in Spain. This is getting closer, because this beta is released for the Huawei P40 and Mate 30 in Europe.
Having already launched in China, Huawei prepares for EMUI 11 deployment in Europe. The first devices to have access to it, as is often the case, are its latest high-end models. In this case, the Huawei P40 and Mate 30 are the first.

EMUI 11 begins its deployment in Europe
The full range of Huawei P40 (P40, P40 Pro and P40 Pro Plus) as well as the Huawei Mate 30 Pro already have access to this first beta of EMUI 11 that is finally launched in Europe. This deployment has already started in several countries in Europe, such as Germany and Great Britain. In addition, it seems that it has also started to be deployed in Spain, so if you have one of these models, you should soon have access.
This new version has the serial number 11.0.0.118 and has a weight of approximately 2.3 GB, as has already been known. Users must be part of the beta program of the Chinese brand in order to obtain it. The update is being deployed through an OTA, as is usual in these cases. So the users who are part of it only have to wait for it to be launched.
EMUI 11 introduced a series of noveltiessuch as the customization of Always on Display, minimization of floating windows, a better integration between tones and vibration, a better gallery and the launch of MeeTime in new markets. Therefore, users in Spain will be able to access these functions with this first beta.
The rollout has already started, so it is a matter of a few hours before more users in Europe start to have access to this first beta of EMUI 11 on their phones. For now it is limited to these models, but it is expected that in future betas it will be released for more devices.
