The best Android applications to keep track of work or study hours

We are going to show you a list of the best applications for keep track of work or study hours. Thanks to our Android phone, we can control in detail how much time we have spent studying or working, something that will help us get an idea of the pace we are taking.

All the apps that we are going to show you are free and can be downloaded from the Google application store. Without further ado, let’s see what are the best options to control your days.

Focus To-Do

Focus To-Do is the app that I personally use to know how much time do i spend on each job task. It works through the Pomodoro method, by which you will set periods of 25 minutes (you can configure this to your liking).

The best thing about the app is that You can categorize tasks and order them to taste, so you know how long each one takes you. For example, you can set 3 pomodoros (just over an hour) to a certain task, and rest when you complete it. It’s completely free and even has a PC version.

Work Record

His name couldn’t be more descriptive. With Work Record you can keep track of your working hours very easily. You just have to adjust your working hours and update check-in and check-out times. You can also adjust the breaks so you really know how much you’ve worked.

To make things even easier for us, we can export all these files to CSV format, to see them in spreadsheet format if we prefer. It’s free and works great, with a simple but functional interface.

Timesheet: Time manager

Timesheet is a very simple application that allows us to record work or study hours with a single button. In the same way, we can add breaks, to square everything. It is a very simple app, which will add up the total time we have been working. We can also export the data in XLS and CSV formats for Excel, a real gem for free.

WorkingHours

WorkingHours is another great application that organizes our time. In this case, it is more visual than most of its rivals., we can add tags to tasks and it is also PC compatible. Its only drawback is that it is in English, but it is very easy to use and understand.

Bitacora.io

To end the compilation, we have a quite different app. It’s called Bitacora.io and it allows us to record our daily activities manually. This allows us, in a somewhat slower (but effective) way know what we have done every hour, a completely manual record of our activity. We can also create attractive reports on what we have done and synchronize this information in the cloud.
