The 120 Hz will soon arrive at the Samsung Galaxy A

During 2020 we have seen how manufacturers have opted to increase the refresh rate of their high-end terminals. A good example is the Xiaomi Mi 11 that arrived in Spain a few days ago and that we are already testing, which reaches 120 Hz.

However, it is still not particularly common to see high refresh rates in the mid-range, and even less so in OLED panels.

The Galaxy A will have OLED panels with up to 120 Hz

In the case of Samsung, the cheapest model that met these requirements so far was the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, a mobile that we liked a lot, although its screen had some problems.

It seems that in 2021 the price of mobiles with OLED panels and 90 or 120 Hz refresh rate will be lower since there will be members of the Galaxy A who will have these screens.

Specifically, there will be at least three that will use panels of more than 60 Hz. On the one hand we have two 4G mobiles, the Galaxy A52 and the Galaxy A72, which will use 90 Hz displays.

Next to them will be the Galaxy A52 5G, which will have a 120Hz panel. The reason for this could be the processor. The A52 5G will use the Snapdragon 750G while the other two will bet on the Snapdragon 720G.

This model would have two versions depending on RAM and storage, with 6 and 128 and 8 and 256 GB. The screen will have 6.5 inches and FHD + resolution. The main camera will be 64 Mpx, and will have a 12 Mpx wide angle and two 5 Mpx sensors, one to measure the depth of portraits and another for macro photography.

The front camera would be 32 Mpx, it will have a fingerprint sensor on the screen and a 4500 mAh battery with 25W super fast charging support. The phone will carry Android 11 as standard.
