Samsung Galaxy A42 5G Official Features Leaked

In a few weeks the new Samsung Galaxy A42 5G, which will be the cheapest 5G mobile of the company. This is not starting to be trivial in countries like Spain, where the main mobile operators have already started to deploy their 5G networks.

We already knew the design of this model from previous leaks but a new image has confirmed its characteristics. This image is the typical infographic created by Samsung in which it summarizes the specifications of a product.

Processor doubt

As you can see, the only question that remains is to know the processor model. Samsung usually counts the cores of the same and the clock speed, but not the name of the processor.

In this case we have an eight-core chipset, with two of them at 2.2 Ghz and another six at 1.8 Hz. This would not fit with the Snapdragon 750G that was rumored since that processor has the same clock frequencies but in a configuration of 4 +4, not 2 + 6.

It also doesn’t fit with the Snapdragon 690, albeit due to the clock frequency of the two main processors. We could be before a slightly modified model of this type.
