Samsung Galaxy A32 5G, the most basic mobile with 5G from Samsung does not dispense with a quad camera or a large battery

Samsung renews its more accessible mid-range with a phone containing features that does not for this reason dispense with the best mobile connectivity: the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G is now official. 6.5-inch screen, design that follows the lines of Samsung and remarkable versatility of cameras.

Until now we had the Samsung Galaxy A42 5G As the cheapest 5G mobile of the brand, but now things change with the official presentation of its younger brother, the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G. The brand thus prepares its catalog for the present offering sufficiently accessible and future-proof phones. At least on paper, I will have to discover how this new Samsung Galaxy A32 5G behaves in real life.

Simple design, water drop cutout for screen and large battery

The new Samsung Galaxy A32 5G maintains a good part of features inherited from the Galaxy A42 5G reducing the category of certain key aspects, as is the case with the screen: it goes from AMOLED to a TFT panel; maintaining the HD + resolution and almost the diagonal (from 6.6 inches of the Galaxy A42 5G the surface drops to 6.5 inches of the Galaxy A42 5G). The new phone bets on a notch in the form of a drop of water.

We do not know the processor included in the phone since Samsung does not specify it, although from the data that the manufacturer shows we would not be surprised that it was the Snapdragon 690 or of MediaTek Dimensity 720 (still to be confirmed). Accompanying the processor we find v4, 6 and 8 GB ersions of RAM; with a fixed amount of storage that stays at 128 GB. The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G maintains the expansion by SD card.

In terms of photography, the new phone offers a quad rear camera inside a main module. The sensor combination is clearly reminiscent of that of the Galaxy A42 5G: 48 megapixel main, 8 megapixel wide angle, 5 megapixels for the macro and 2 megapixels for the depth sensor. Ahead we come across a 13 megapixel camera.

The Samsung Galaxy A32 5G completes its hardware with a 5,000 mAh large battery, 15 W fast charger, the aforementioned 5G, includes a fingerprint reader on the side and offers surround sound with Dolby Atmos.

Price and availability of the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G

The phone is official, but we do not know when it will finally reach the markets and which ones it will. We don’t know the price either: taking the cost of the Galaxy A42, the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G should be between 200 and 300 euros.
