Samsung has been testing Android 11 on its mobiles thanks to the One UI 3 betas. This version will begin to arrive in its stable variant on mobiles in all countries, including Spain, shortly.
According to the company, the deployment of its new interface will begin this November, in the most relevant terminals. The first wave will take the Galaxy S20 and Note 20 but the website also makes special mention of the folding, which will gain functions that until now only the Fold 2 had.
One UI 3 changes the lock screen and notifications
The images shared by the company show how the new lock screen of its interface will be, as well as the notification area.
Here we see some of the new features of Android 11 implemented, such as the management of multimedia playback widgets and areas for notifications related to conversations.
We still do not know if the home automation control zone will be implemented in the off button as we have seen in other mobiles with Android 11.
As we said, there will be news also related to Samsung’s own functions, such as Knox or the multi-window, which in folding makes more sense than ever.
These phones will also get the new camera behavior functions, which allow you to use the external screens as viewfinders or the rear cameras to take selfies.
In Samsung Good Lock there are also improvements, as well as new ways to use augmented reality emojis.
Hopefully these changes that will reach the high-end of Samsung will not take long to also land in the mid-range, which is the one that is sold the most in Spain.
The entry Samsung announces the arrival of One UI 3 and Android 11 to their mobiles appears first in The Free Android.
