Realme Buds Q2: sweat resistant and with up to 20 hours of autonomy

Apart from its extensive catalog of terminals, where the new -and inexpensive- has just landed. Realme C21, the Chinese company has proposals in other categories such as smartwatches, IoT products and headphones. Precisely within the latter, is where we find another important novelty: the True Wireless headphones Realme Buds Q2.

This new model arrives to succeed the Realme Buds Q last year and, like its predecessors, it has been presented first in the Asian market, specifically, in Pakistan. It inherits most of the characteristics of the Buds Q, among which the IPX4 protection against splashes and the promise of 20 hours of battery life, plus ultra-low latency.

Light, resistant and with a lot of autonomy

The brand assures that in the design of its new Realme Buds Q2 they have used a lamination process to simulate a kaleidoscope effect on the touch panel. Each earbud weighs only 4.1 grams, but includes one 10mm driver for bass boost and Bass Boost + technology to enhance the sound.

The Buds Q2 do not come with active noise cancellation, but they do have environmental noise cancellation to improve call quality. They also boast a latency of just 88 ms in Game Mode, support for Bluetooth 5.0 with a wireless range of 10 meters and IPX4 certification against sweat and splashes.

In terms of autonomy, the Realme Buds Q2 offer 5 hours of playback that can be extended up to 20 hours of use thanks to its charging case. Here, it should be noted that they are fast charge compatible, so that they are capable of achieving up to 120 minutes of autonomy with just 10 minutes of charging.

Prices and availability of the Realme Buds Q2

The new Realme Buds Q2 headphones have been launched in Pakistan and there it is already possible to reserve them in black or blue at a price of 3,999 Pakistani rupees (about 22 euros), but they will go on sale on May 5 at an official price of 5,999 rupees Pakistanis, which is equivalent to about 33 euros at the current exchange rate.

At the moment, there is no news about his availability in other countries, but it is likely that, like the previous model, they will also end up arriving in Spain. Recall that here the Realme Buds Q are priced at 29.90 euros.
