Pokémon GO and Pokémon Home connect with each other: so you can send your pokémon

Pokémon GO is still one of the most popular games among Android users in Spain, something that was reflected in their results recently. The Niantic title has led to other games in this universe being launched, such as Pokémon Home, an app where you can take all your Pokémon, which we have been talking about for a long time.

A moment that many were waiting for has already arrived: Pokémon GO and Pokémon Home can now connect with each other. This gives users the ability to send their Pokémon between Niantic’s game and Home. This function will be activated for all Trainers according to their level of Trainer.

Connect Pokémon GO with Home

This shipment of the Pokémon to Pokémon HOME will be made possible by the GO Translator. This is a new feature coming to Pokémon GO. This Shuttle will consume some energy, although it will recharge as time passes or using Pokécoins. The cost of energy is variable, since it will depend on the pokémon itself.

On the occasion that both are going to connect, users are given to send their Pokémon through this tool the possibility of receiving Melmetal. This unique pokémon comes in a special version that is capable of gigamaxing itself in combats in which it is allowed to do this. You will receive it in Pokémon Home, but you will be able to transfer it to use it in Sword or Shield and add it to your team. This is the first time that a Melmetal Gigamax has been available, so it is a great opportunity for many.

When sending from Pokémon GO to Pokémon Home, the Mystery Box will be opened. Thanks to this, the map will be filled with Meltan for a limited time, in order to capture it. This Meltan will evolve into Melmetal once 400 Meltan Caremels are collected. All the information about this new function, as well as its availability, can be found on the official website ofPokémon HOME.

How to send pokémon with this function

The first that we have to do is to link these two applications, so that it will be possible to send pokémon between them. The steps we have to follow to make this possible are:

  1. Open Pokémon GO on your phone.
  2. Click on the pokéball at the bottom.
  3. Go to Options.
  4. Select Pokémon Home.
  5. Click Login.
  6. Log into your Nintendo Account.

Once they have been linked, that is when the opportunity is given to send those pokémon between both games. The steps we need to follow to do this are as follows:

  1. Open Pokémon GO.
  2. Go to Trasladador Go.
  3. Select Pokémon Home.
  4. Sign in (if it asks you to sign in to your Nintendo Account).
  5. Choose Send Pokémon.
  6. If the energy is adequate, click Continue.
  7. Select the pokémon to transfer.
  8. Confirm the pokémon and energy and click on Move.
  9. Wait for that submission to take place.

The entry Pokémon GO and Pokémon Home are connected to each other: so you can send your pokémon appears first in The Free Android.
