Vivo is one of the last major manufacturers to arrive in Spain, and it has done so with great models such as the X51 5G, a mobile phone that has greatly surprised us with its great photographic and video recording performance. Today we meet the Vivo X60, the new generation of what promises to be one of Vivo’s flagship phones.
Vivo X51 5G review: camera, camera and yes, more cameraThe Vivo X51 5G is the first mobile of the firm in Spain and it is focused, in an exceptionally intense way, on its camera, which is unique.
The Vivo X60 is a mobile that debuts today in China, following what was already an elegant design line. It is a large terminal, but with a remarkably reduced thickness and weight compared to its competition. A terminal with the right curves and a glass in a matte finish that seems to sit very well in the hand.
Both mobiles have great similarities, and it is that on a technical level they have the same performance and screen, the one of the Pro model being curved, in addition to being a model with greater thickness and a camera with periscope zoom.
Interestingly, the Vivo X60 is the first mobile to incorporate the Samsung Exynos 1080 processor, a chip built in 5 nanometers and the best performance to date in a Samsung processor.
It comes with Android 11 and the new Origin OS customization layer. It is unknown if the version that arrives in Spain has this highly personalized layer or continues to bet on the clean version of Android that we have liked so much about the Spanish Vivo models.
Origin OS is official: this is the new vivo mobile interfacevivo has officially presented Origin OS, its new interface for its phones, which bets on a modern design based on widgets similar to iOS 14.
Photography is one of the most remarkable aspects of the Vivo X60 Pro, and we see how Vivo repeats when using a 48 Mpx sensor with its optical stabilization technology gimball how much we liked in the Vivo X51 5G. In addition to this sensor we have two zoom lenses, a 5x periscope that is only present in the Pro model and a 2x lens for portrait photography. Nor could the ultra-wide-angle lens be missing, 13 Mpx.
Perhaps one of the most remarkable aspects of this mobile is Vivo’s association with Zeiss, a prestigious lens manufacturer that has been present in some of Nokia’s most iconic mobile cameras.
The Vivo X60 have just been presented today in China with the following versions:
At the moment we do not know the availability date or price for Spain, but we will keep you informed as we learn more.
The entry New Vivo X60 and X60 Pro: the perfect balance in design, photography and power appears first in The Free Android.
