OPPO announced at the end of last year the four members of its new high-end family, Reno. First, it made the OPPO Reno 5 and Reno 5 Pro official and shortly afterwards it did the same with the OPPO Reno 5 Pro + and with the 4G version, the OPPO Reno 5 4G.
Today the Chinese company has made a new model official, and it has been presented not in Spain or China, but nothing less than in Kenya. OPPO thus wants to increase its presence in the African market, as Xiaomi did.
The OPPO family grows with a model that reminds us of the 4G terminal that we talked about before. And we say that it reminds us because, to this day, we do not know the processor it will have. However, it would be rare to see a 5G model in a country that, at the moment, does not have infrastructure for this technology.
We do know the RAM, 8 GB, and the internal memory, 128 GB. The screen will be OLED, it will have 6.4 inches diagonal and a resolution FHD +.
As for the cameras, we will have a 32 Mpx front, a 48 Mpx main rear, an 8 Mpx wide angle and two 2 Mpx sensors, a macro and a depth sensor.
One of the software novelties of this model is also in the Reno 5. We refer to the dual video recording mode, which allows recording with the front and rear cameras at the same time.
It also boasts of being able to record video with a selective black and white mode in which only the person we record remains in color.
The battery is 4310 mAh and has a fast charge of 30 W. It is expected to arrive with Color OS 11 and Android 11.
The price of the OPPO Reno 5 F in Kenya is 31,999 shillings, which in exchange is about 240 euros. For now we do not know if OPPO will launch this model in Spain and other European markets.
The entry New OPPO Reno 5 F: the fifth member of the family appears first in The Free Android.
