A rugged and versatile tablet

Endurance is the key in this Galaxy Tab Active 3. In addition to being IP68 certified for resistance to water and dust, the tablet comes with military certification. So it is a shock and scratch resistant tablet, which also comes with a protective cover included, which helps to increase said resistance. Even the S Pen that comes with it is IP68 certified, so we can use it to write or edit in any situation.

The tablet has a 5,050 mAh battery capacity, which will give a good autonomy. Although the highlight in it is that it is a removable battery. It even has the ability to run in battery-free mode, so it won’t break down if it’s always connected to power. The tablet will arrive in WiFi and 4G / LTE versions, although it stands out above all because it has NFC.

The screen of this Galaxy Tab Active 3 is 8 inches, with a TFT LCD panel. The processor chosen by Samsung gives it a good performance, since they leave us with Exynos 9810, a high-end chip with a couple of years old. As an operating system it already uses Android 10 as standard, with Samsung’s One UI.

Price and availability

This new Galaxy Tab Active 3 is going to put up for sale in selected markets in Europe and Asia, although it has not been confirmed if Spain is going to be one of them.
