The torrent of slightly different model launches of fully wireless headphones continues at Xiaomi. If a few days ago we knew the renewal of its Pro model with active noise cancellation, the My Air Pro 2, now the new ones arrive Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Earphones 2C.
The Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Earphones 2C are a cheaper version of the My True Wireless Earphones 2 that were presented in March, with autonomy for five hours uninterrupted, cancellation of ambient noise and support for the Google Assistant.

Even cheaper TWS headphones
The Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Earphones 2c are basically a somewhat more limited version -and therefore cheaper- of the Mi TWS 2. They are part of the TWS line of headphones at airpods style from Apple, with a small charging box with which to get additional autonomy.
They are two headphones weighing just 4.7 grams that incorporate some 14.2mm drivers, with Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity and a range of five hours on one charge. With the help of the charging box, the autonomy can reach 20 hours.
These headphones retain some of the advantages of the standard model, with a infrared detector to stop playback when you take them off of the ear, as well as the use of dual microphone for cancellation of ambient noise. What’s lost along the way is the low-latency LHDC codec – the Mi TWS 2c supports both SBS and AAC codecs.
Like the previous version, they can be used to invoke Google Assistant, in addition to Siri (on an iPhone) and Amazon’s Alexa, supporting playback control by tapping.
Versions and prices of the Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Earphones 2c
The Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Earphones 2c have been presented for the moment in India, where they have been put on sale on official channels for 2,499 Indian rupees, about 29 euros to change.
