Lidl offers its smart home devices

One of the latest companies to enter the home automation sector is Lidl, the famous supermarket chain that has a presence in Spain and many more countries. The company has seen an interesting niche to enter by offering multiple devices compatible with Zigbee technology.

The smart home has more and more alternatives in Spain, and the last to arrive is none other than the Lidl supermarket chain. The company has decided to go all out with a range of smart accessories, including bulbs, LED strips, power strips, sensors and even a smart heater, all at prices that, without being extraordinarily cheap, turn out to be very competitive:

Offers in smart bulbs, sensors …

Lidl has opted for devices that use a Zigbee switchboard, so we will need a Hub of this type to link all the accessories, such as sensors and bulbs.

Of course, you may not need to buy one if you have a fourth generation Amazon Echo or an Echo Plus since both devices integrate one inside.
