Today, next to the new Huawei Nova 7, 7 Pro and 7, the chinese company has filed a new tablet aimed particularly at students. This is the Huawei MatePad, a cropped version in price and performance of the MatePad Pro we met last November and ended reaching the international market in February.
In this case, the Huawei MatePad is presented with a screen 2K 10.4 inch, support for the stylus M-Pencil, and the processor Kirin 810 in its interior, among other benefits. In addition, it will be available in several configurations, in function of the RAM, storage and connectivity, but all without 5G.

Under an aluminium chassis, this new tablet has an IPS screen 10.4-inch with 2K resolution (2,000 x 1,200 pixels), and a few bezels are relatively tight. That panel has been certified by TÜV Rheinland and support for the stylus of Huawei, the M-Pencil, but does not come included with it.
In its interior, we have the processor Kirin 810 paired with the two options of RAM (4 and 6 GB) and two internal storage (64 and 128 GB) expandable with a MicroSD card of up to 512 GB. Running EMUI 10.1 based on Android 10 from the factory and includes a battery 7.250 mAh compatible with fast charging cable 18W.
In the section photo, it has a front camera of 8 megapixel and a rear camera is also 8 megapixels with auto focus, LED flash, and several interesting features such as HDR and time-lapse. In addition, it has four speakers with Histen 6.0 and Harman Kardon Audio, as well as four microphones that cancel background noise and capture better the voice of the user.
The new tablet Huawei MatePad has been launched in China and will be there where will go on-sale on the 26th of April. For the moment, we do not know whether it will reach other countries, what we do know is that in the local market will be available in two colors (blue or white) and in several configurations, in function of the RAM, storage and connectivity:
Huawei MatePad 4GB/64GB WiFi: 1.899 yuan, which is equivalent to about 249 euros.
Huawei MatePad 6GB/128GB WiFi: 2.199 yuan, which is equivalent to about 288 euros.
Huawei MatePad 6GB/128GB WiFi+LTE: 2.499 yuan, which is equivalent to around 327 euros.
