Entering the final stretch of the year, it is time for the rumors of the terminals that we will have in Spain and the rest of the world in 2021 to begin. One of them will be the Huawei P50 according to the latest information.

Until now there was no data, not even leaked, that Huawei was going to keep manufacturing smartphones due to the difficulties in which it had been put by the United States veto.

Now data is beginning to leak that indicates that Huawei is working on launching a new family of its Huawei P series, focused on photography, and that will have its own processors.

This was one of the reasons we weren’t sure the company could keep up with manufacturing. As you know, since mid-September Huawei cannot manufacture more Kirin processors.

Every year the P Series use the same chipsets as the Mate Series so the Huawei P50 would come with the Kirin 9000. The question was whether the firm could get enough stock.

Selling Honor helps

And that is where the sale of its subsidiary Honor comes into play, which means that the brand does not need so many high-end processors since it would no longer have to use Kirin’s chipsets. Moreover, they could not use them due to the conditions of the US administration.

We do not know if the change of government in the American country will end up affecting Huawei but, even if it did, it will take many months to see any significant movement.

The Huawei entry does not give up: the Huawei P50 will arrive with a Kirin processor appears first in The Free Android.
