How to turn on the Wizard of Google, and on which devices it is compatible

One of the current strengths of Android is your Assistant. Google has developed the best wizard voice of timeabove Siri, Bixby or Alexa, including it in almost all of the phones that come to market, unless the manufacturer turn it off for some reason.

We will therefore tell you how you can activate the wizard of Google, as well as to describe in detail what are those devices compatible with it, although I already anticipate that it is more than likely that your device is.

Activating Google Assistant

As we said, Google Assistant is usually active by default on your Android phone and simply press the home button (whether virtual or physical) or move from the corners in the case of Android 10 to activate it. However, you may for some reason not have it active, so it would be good to know how we can activate it manually.

The activation of the Wizard of Google is quite hidden between the settings, but it is easy to do so if we take the appropriate steps

To do this, we must open the application of Google, pre-installed in all Android device (except for those who do not have Google services). Once you have the app open we are going to lead to ‘More’, and then press on ‘Settings’. Once we are inside this menu, click on ‘Wizard’, and within this submenu, we will look for the ‘phone’.

After all these steps are not too intuitive, I’ll finally see the interface sought: the one that allows us to enable and disable at will the wizard of google. Simply turn the small toggle to start the wizardand can also configure from here the methods of input, speech output, and others.

Requirements for the Wizard of Google

With respect to the requirements of Google Assistantluckily, are quite low. The Wizard of Google requires, in the first place, Android 6.0 Marshmallow, Android version is quite old-launched in 2015. In the second place, requires 1.5 GB of RAM and resolution 720p (HD). Finally, it requires to have up-to-date services of Google Play, as well as the application of Google (Google app 6.13 or higher).

Currently most mobile phones come with the Wizard of Google activated. However, if you cannot find it by any side, make sure you have installed the application of Google as the app itself of Google Assistant.
