How to join several videos from the app

This feature allows you to trim and merge parts of multiple videos at the same time, with imperative agility and fluidity. It is no longer necessary to download a third-party app to join clips, all we need is in Google Photos.

How to join multiple videos in Google Photos

The requirements to enjoy are scarce, remaining only two. The first is obvious, and that is that we must update the app to the latest version. Second, any video or image that we introduce into production must be saved in Google Photos, that is, uploaded to the cloud in order to show up.

To join the videos, we just have to follow a few very simple steps, since Google Photos has created a specific section for this purpose.

• Click on the magnifying glass icon (“Search”) That you will see in the lower menu of Google Photos and scroll up until you reach the section“Creations → Movies”.

• Now hit the button “Create movie“And select”New movie”.
• Click on “CreateOnce you have all the items selected.
• Once pressed, we will enter the editor where we have different options to configure the videos, not just to join them.

Customize video merge

In addition to having several themes to personalize the videos or films created, the editor to create it from scratch and to our liking. As we have said before, when we join several videos and create a movie, we have some options to customize

the production to the taste of each one.

The most remarkable thing about this editor is undoubtedly the bars we have for set duration and interval. We have a bar for each video, although we also have more tools that other video editing apps have and that we are going to list.

• We access an editing tool where we have several tracks, one for each video or image. From here we can adjust order and duration of each of the videos in the final cluster.

• If we click on the three dots icon located next to each clip, we see that the tool offers us some editing functions, such as silencing the video, duplicating it, etc.
• By default Google Photos add a preset music to the final video. Although we can also modify it, silence it or add our own music if we click on the musical note icon, as well as add more photos or videos from that same menu.

• Likewise, if we click on the frame icon, the editor also allows us to save the resulting video in portrait or landscape format. When we have everything ready, we can click “Save” to finish the video processing.
