This mode will silence most of the push notifications that the social network broadcasts on Android. The steps to activate it are:

Open the app of the social network on your phone.
Click on the three horizontal stripes in the upper right.
Go to Settings and privacy.
Scroll down to the section Your Time on Facebook and enter it.
Swipe through the options until you find Silent Mode.
Set Silent Mode.

In this section we will be able to manage everything related with this function. Both its activation or deactivation, as well as being able to choose the hours or days in which it will be active. We can also set a reminder so that the social network reminds us that we still have this mode, if we have forgotten to deactivate it at some point.
