It seems that Google has begun testing a functionality that is not yet supported officially its mobile operating system and that is very much in demand by many of the users: the recording of calls.
The recording of calls from Google
In the forums Nokiauser , an indian owner of a Nokia 7 Plus he commented that the recording of calls had your device turned on, and that I didn’t know if that novelty had been enabled by using a VPN or US was a novelty in his country, India. As A result of that publication more users of that country confirmed that they had activated the recording of calls without having to use a virtual network.
By the looks of it, it seems that Google has begun to test or activate in a phased manner the recording of calls in the Nokia of the India. The company still has not commented officially about the launch of this novelty.
Now the speculations are betting that Google could begin to activate the call recording in more countries and more devices over the next few weeks. This could be one of the novelties that the company had intended to launch in may for the cancelled Google I/O by 2020. The recording of calls would come in to the devices with the Phone application of Google.
