Google One cuts the price of some cloud storage plans in half

Google Photos will run out of unlimited free storage in June, bad news for users in Spain, who in many cases are forced to look for a payment plan for cloud storage. The firm now leaves us with a surprise, by announcing a discount from 50% on various cloud storage plans on Google One.

This is a discount on the 10, 20 and 30 TB plans within Google One. All of them are thus reduced to half their normal price, so they are presented as an option for those users who need storage, either for their photos or for other files.

The change announced by the firm weeks ago means that from June 2021 the photos saved in Google Photos will consume space, since until now they did not occupy space in the 15 GB that are given for free. The company leaves us with discounts on its three superior plans

, the most expensive, which in many cases are aimed at families or companies. Users can now have a 50% discount on the 10 TB, 20 TB and 50 TB plans. Thanks to this discount, the prices become the following:

• The 10 TB plan goes from 99.99 euros per month to 49.99 euros per month.
• The 20 TB option goes from 199.99 euros per month to 99.99 euros per month.
• The 30 TB plan goes from 299.99 euros per month to 149.99 euros per month.

Remember that these Google One plans are they can share with up to 5 people in the family, so if you want any of them, by being able to share it the cost will be lower and you can enjoy a large storage capacity in the cloud.
