One of the novelties of Android 12 that we could test from the Beta 3 were the catches with displacement, the same as Google said they were impossible Two years ago. Android 12 system works great though not supported by all applications, including Google Chrome.
This will change. According to a commit in Google Chrome code found by XDA, Google is implementing support for the Android 12 scrolling capture API, which will allow us to capture entire web screens, offset included.
Scrolling screenshots come to Google Chrome

Scrolling catches they are not something new. It is a function that many manufacturers add to your layers of personalization since many years. In those mobiles where the option does not exist, you can always use third-party applications such as LongScreenshot.
The novelties in Android 12 are two. First, that the function is integrated directly into the operating system. The second is the way it works internally: instead of being something like multiple snapshots tied together as best you can, which often results in repeating elements and visual errors, Android 12 system interacts with apps on a deeper level, with the views that make up the application.
Scrolling captures on Android 12
The result is scrolling captures much more accurate, with fewer errors and the ability to precisely cut out the part you want to save. The bad news is that they are not available in all applications. Without going any further, the option does not appear when taking a screenshot of a web page open in Google Chrome.
That’s where the latest Chromium commit comes in, the description of which is as specific as “adding support for Android S scrolling capture API”. That is, Google Chrome will be ready to take scrolling screenshots of the web page you have openas long as you use it on Android 12.
Mind you, it’s still in the air if it will be in time before the launch of Android 12. The final version of Android 12 could arrive anytime in August or September, while work on Google Chrome appears to have started recently. With this in mind, Chrome scrolling captures may come a bit later.
