These days of confinement are being complicated some aspects of our life. Despite the fact that The Android Free the the working in remote part of our DNA, to stay at home is also jugándonos a bad last in the field of the reviews, specifically in two tests: battery and photography. And in the field of photography, the selfie is an aspect that often goes unnoticed.
These days I’m analyzing the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro, the best mobile ever created by Xiaomi. One aspect that I haven’t liked much is the front camera, since that has impacted me so much that my personal mobile, a Google Pixel 2 XL, then selfies of much better quality (from my perspective), what has led me to do a little experiment that we wanted to share. What brand makes the best selfies? And what is the worst?
Six high-end mobile from different generations for a selfie crappy at home
Before you begin, it is important to clarify that this test was done with a minimum of rigor, as all the photos have been made under the same lighting conditions (same room, time, place, and angle). However, it should also be considered as a test too serious, but more as a little game.
For the test we have taken a model of little physical attractiveness and six high-end mobile launched between late 2017 and early 2020’s, each one at a specific time. This makes, or should make, that the comparison is unfair. And maybe that is part of the grace of the game.
Mobile devices that have entered the competition (sorted chronologically):
- Google Pixel 2 XL (end of 2017).
- iPhone Xr (end of 2018).
- Huawei Mate 20 Pro (late 2018).
- Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ (mid-2019).
- OnePlus 7T Pro (late 2019).
- Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro (early 2020).
And these would be the six photographs taken by them. Consider that the order does not correspond with the list of mobile to make it a blind test. The photographs all have a degree of compression similar to (that in the end, any social network would also shrinking them). When we finish the game we will pass the original files with the information the least adulterated as possible.
Consider that auqneu are the same selfie are different distances by two factors, my bad pulse (I lost my tripod in the move) and that each camera has a angular different.
And finally, the small questionnaire in which, anyone who wants to participate in the game should respond to what photo you liked most, which least, and what mobile believes that corresponds to each photo.
