If you do not have the current model with Google TV, you can also send Amazon Prime Video content to Chromecast from your computer or mobile phone, although you must take into account a series of requirements. Download the Prime Video app on your phone or tablet if you don’t already have it installed. Log in with your Amazon email and password and you will access all the content. Once inside the catalog or the movie or series that you want to broadcast on the Chromecast, look for the send icon that you will find in the bottom right of the app: a box with a WiFi icon in its corner.
