Prado guide application

The Prado Museum is one of the most important in Spain and now we can enjoy its spectacular collection on our Android phone. This is possible thanks to the application they launch, possible thanks to the collaboration with Samsung. It is not the first time that the two collaborate, since months ago they left us with an app to learn to draw.

In this application we find more than 400 works from the Prado Museum collection. So we will be able to enjoy them anywhere and at any time. We come across some of the most famous works from the museum’s extensive collection.

Prado Museum Guide

With this launch, the Prado Museum becomes the first to publish its guide in the form of an application. In it we find more than 400 works in his collection, categorized by schools and authors, and which have been commented on by the main curators and specialists of the Museum. They will bring us closer to the story that each of these works tells or the importance of it

All the works present in the app include a technical sheet, in addition, your images can be downloaded on the phone directly, all of them available in high definition. The application is available in Spanish and English, although it is expected to launch soon in French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Russian and Korean.

Thanks to this collaboration with Samsung, the Prado Museum makes its most important works available to users, both on Android and iOS. Users will be able to access everything the content of the application at a price of € 5.49Although exclusively until November 21, users of Samsung devices with compatible models will be able to enjoy all the content for free.
