Dinosaurs in 3D on your home: the augmented reality of Google makes it possible

Some time ago Google is betting big on augmented reality. During the confinement in Spain launched a feature that allowed to have animals in 3D in your own home, something we already tried in your day. The company goes a step beyond with its new possibility, as now there will be animals in 3D than we have at home, but are going to be dinosaurs.

As with the animals in 3D, we have to use the Google search engine to be able to have access to these dinosaurs in 3D, that will appear this way in the living room of the house. A total of 10 different dinosaurs, all of them coming from the well-known saga of Jurassic Park. You will be able to have in the living room of your house.

See dinosaurs in 3D with the augmented reality Google

As was already happening with the animals a few months ago, we are only going to have to to find the word dinosaur in the search engine of Google. You can also search for the name of a dinosaur in particular, if you want to. In this search we will see that we have the possibility of Seeing in 3D, on the press. So we’ll have them in the living room of the house.

When using this option you’ll be able to zoom in or to see all the details more closely. In addition, you’ll be able to place the dinosaur in any space in your home, thanks to the augmented reality, being able to adjust the size to see how big it is in relation to the things that surround you in your home. If you raise the volume on your phone, you can listen to its roar and the steps are the same.

Google allows us to see 10 different dinosaurs thanks to this new function. It is: the Tyrannosaurus Rex, the Velociraptor, the Triceratops, the Espinosaurio, the Estegosaurio, the Braquiosaurio, the Anquilosaurio, the Dilophosaur, the Pteranodon and Parasaurolophus. All of them will be in your house this way, with this new feature and the augmented reality of the company.

To use this function in Android, you have to have Android 7 or higher versionsin addition to having enabled the content in augmented reality to ARCore in the same, here available the list of compatible phones. You’ll just have to search then in the Google application or using the browser of your phone and click then on the option to View in 3D.

The feature is being rolled out currentlyso that when you try to use it don’t quit yet. Surely in a few days as you go to be able to make use of the same in your Android phone so you have these dinosaurs in your house.
