A year after Clubhouse launched exclusively on the App Store, the wait is over for those who want to officially download the application on Android. After entering pre-registration last month, Clubhouse is now downloadable doing nothing beyond pressing the button Install in the Google store. The application is activating the download little by little to those who are signed up to the previous registration in the Google store.
The audio room app that has motivated all the greats to create alternatives is still officially a beta for Android, but is now accessible to anyone who is interested in it. Yes, go on being necessary an invitation to use it. Without it, the only thing you can do is reserve your username, for when you have it.
The version of Clubhouse for Android is practically identical to how it looks on iOS and this first version is a bit in spanglish: some texts are in English and others in Spanish. This does not make it too difficult to use, but it is something to keep in mind if you want to test the application today. It is a beta and, therefore, has several sections to polish.
Still in development, Clubhouse for Android lets you follow profiles, listen and create new rooms, configure your profile and, basically, all the same things you can do in the more veteran version of Clubhouse for iOS. If you have not yet signed up for the previous registration, the best way to ensure that the download is activated is to do it as soon as possible.
